A. Staff Quest, inc. is owned and operated by nurses who understand your needs and will make every attempt to keep you happy. We know what you expect from a staffing agency, so let us meet your expectations.

2. How often can I get paid?

That is up to you. We offer daily, weekly, and bi-weekly pay.

3. How do I get paid?

A. We offer several payroll options to suit your needs. These include: coming to our office, mailing your check weekly or bi-weekly, or money wire transferred directly into your account.

4. Do you offer benefits?

Yes, we offer many benefits for working for Staff Quest, Inc.. A few of these benefits include: health insurance reimbursement, education and CEU reimbursement, and referral bonuses. You also have the benefit of working with our highly trained staff whose sole purpose is to keep you and our clients happy.

5. Who can work for Staff Quest, Inc.?

We hire highly trained individuals such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nurses Aides to work in our acute and long-term health care settings.

6. What kind of experience do I need?

You need to have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar facility to the one at which you will be working through Staff Quest, Inc.. All nurses and nurse’s aids must have a current CPR certificate on file with Staff Quest, Inc.

7. Can I work part time?

Yes, you choose when you want to work. We will not try to pressure you into working when and where you do not want to work. This is one of the benefits to working for Staff Quest, Inc.. You make the choices. You have the right to refuse any shift that you are called to work. We do, however ask that you work all shifts that you have already signed up for. This prevents our clients from being short staffed at the last minute.

8. Will I have any training before I start?

Most of the training you will need you have already learned in your previous experience. We do not have the means to train our personnel for their assigned position. The owner of the company is a licensed nurse who also acts as the clinical coordinator and is available 24 hours a day for any questions you may have. In addition, many hospitals have an orientation prior to working at their facility, but these orientations are sometimes limited and may only cover policies and procedures of the facility. Remember, it is always your right to refuse to go to a particular facility. You choose when and where you want to work. In orientation, they will cover certain topics such as OSHA blood borne pathogens, infection control, safe lifting techniques, and spotting abuse/neglect situations.
