We are continuously doing research of market trends for agency nurse pay rates in the markets to which we provide services. This ensures that our health care professionals are paid at the most competitive rates in the area they work. We will meet or exceed most of our competitors pay rates the majority of the time. We do not have a set rate for any position and our pay rates are determined according to a particular client’s bill rates. A Staff Quest representative will work with you to find the best rate and facility match for you based on your preference and shift availability.

Staff Quest offers 100% daily pay. We understand that some agencies only pay a percentage of a shift if the employee choses to be paid daily. With Staff Quest, there is no penalty for daily pay. We have several payroll options at Staff Quest including employee picking up checks daily, checks mailed daily or weekly and direct deposit. It is your choice so you tell us how you would like to be paid.

Staff Quest offers direct deposit payroll options to all employees. Direct deposits are paid daily, weekly or bi-weekly according to employee preference. If the employee faxes a time slip to our office before 1:00pm on any given business day, the direct deposit will be processed the same day and the funds will be in the employee’s account the next business day. Please note that direct deposit does not cost the employee anything and we offer 100% daily pay with no penalties. For a full list of payroll options you may contact our payroll administrator.

Staff Quest offers health insurance reimbursement to qualified employees. Basically, the way this works is for qualified employees Staff Quest will reimburse for health care insurance premiums up to $150.00 per month. We feel that the employee would be better suited by picking their own health coverage than for us to pick it for them. This way Staff Quest reimburses the employee each month and the employee has the health coverage she/he choses. Health insurance reimbursement is paid as a bonus check each month to qualified employees. For questions about eligibility please ask a Staff Quest recruiter.

Staff Quest encourages continuing education and the development of new skills. Up to $100.00 per credential is offered for CEU and nursing credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS). Staff Quest will pay half of tuition for each semester a nurse is in nursing school up to $200.00 dollars per semester. We need nurses! As many nurses as you can find, and we are willing to pay you for them. Staff Quest offers $300.00 for each RN referred and $200.00 for each LVN referred. Just imagine how much money you can add to your pay just by referring nurses. All you have to do is get them to fill out an application and list you as a referral source on their application and we will do the rest.
