We pay more! That’s all there is to it. We do not have the overhead and the vast office staff that some of the “bigger” agencies have and we pass this money on to you. We do not post on our website our pay rates because of rate fluctuations, but we beieve you will not be disappointed. We believe it would be difficult for you to find an angency that will beat our pay rate.

100% daily pay is offered to all employees of Staff Quest, Inc.. No, there is not a penalty for daily pay. We pay 100% unlike some companies that will only pay a percentage of your pay check on a daily basis. We realize that our staff would rather have their pay daily to pay bills. Why collect money tomorrow when you can collect it today?

Staff Quest, Inc. can set up with you to transfer your payroll check from our corporate account directly into your checking or savings account. This method of payment is different from direct deposit because the money shows up in your account much sooner. In many cases, the money shows up in your account the same day. Why drive to the staffing office to pick up your check daily when you can just come home from work and the money is already there. Money now is better than money later. How many agencies do you know that does that?

There are many questions that can be asked and many questions can be left unanswered when inquiring about insurance companies. To be honest, we at Staff Quest, Inc. do not know which insurance companies are “good” or “bad”. We have come up with a new philosophy. Why not let you pick your own insurance company? This way you can inquire about companies and pick the one that fits your specific needs.

The way this works, for those that qualify, is you bring us a bill at the end of the month and we will write you a bonus check for the amount of the bill up to $125.00 per month. You can insure your entire family with good coverage for approximately $350.00 per month. With our bonus check, the total comes to $225.00 per month and you have the insurance you want. With what agency staff make, $225.00 is quite achievable. You will pay at least this much at other agencies and you will have their insurance carrier. Staff Quest, Inc. encourages continuing education and the development of new skills. Up to $100.00 per credential is offered for CEU and nursing credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS). Staff Quest, Inc. will pay half of tuition for each semester a nurse is in nursing school up to $200.00 dollars per semester. We need nurses! As many nurses as you can find, and we are willing to pay you for them. Staff Quest, Inc. offers $300.00 for each RN referred and $200.00 for each LVN referred. Just imagine how much money you can add to your pay just by referring nurses. I have done it working agency and have made substantially more money in the process.
