Whenever you need temporary or permanent healthcare personnel, Staff Quest is the answer. We can assist you in meeting temporary staffing needs and JCAHO criteria without incurring long-term overhead, without going to the trouble and expense of hiring, and without the need to terminate personnel when the workload decreases and the census drops.

Nobody can deliver qualified staff, when and where you need them, like Staff Quest. That means peace of mind for you knowing you're using a company that shares your commitment to treating your patients like family. When you use Staff Quest you can be assured quality, highly skilled, and competent health care professionals.

Our personnel meet or exceed all licensing and credentialing standards and we employ an extensive employee verification and validation process.

We provide our nurses with in-service programs like infection control, OSHA blood borne pathogens, fire and safety, safe lifting procedures, and spotting abuse/neglect. For hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors offices and sub-acute facilities we provide health care professionals who have a minimum of one year's experience, (two years for critical care) licensure with appropriate state agencies, and good references that have been verified. All health care professionals must also pass a written competency evaluation and unit specific skills evaluations.

Our objective, after placement, is to continue to monitor the progress and quality of the individuals we place. We keep abreast of any changes in your facility job responsibilities and or policies so that we can respond quickly should your needs vary. Introduction:

Staff Quest is in the business of providing short and long term health care personnel to the North Texas and surrounding areas Acute Care Hospitals, LTAC Facilities, Surgery Centers, Nursing Homes, Physician’s offices, Clinics, and Hospice Agencies. We believe our services benefit patients, health care institutions, and employees alike.

The Staff Quest corporate office is located in Fort Worth, Texas. What we believe gives Staff Quest a competitive advantage over most other agencies is that the owner and operator is a licensed nurse and has experienced the fluctuation of staffing needs.

We know how deficiencies in staff puts a strain on full time staff and management thereby decreasing the quality of health care for patients. This, in turn, makes the patient’s stay at your facility unpleasant. We hope to fill your deficiency in staffing and meet your staffing needs. We know what is expected from a facility and can help you fill your urgent need for highly trained health care professionals.

Staff Quest evolved from market research which shows how medical facilities case mix fluctuates. Due to budget constraints many medical facilities are keeping their nursing employment numbers based at levels on case mix as opposed to staffing up during high census and staffing down during low census.

Facilities are finding out that it is more economical to staff with agency nurses to handle times of peak census and case mix. This eliminates the additional cost of training, benefits, sick leaves, vacation, payroll taxes and all other costs associated with employees. Staff Quest has access to many quality nurses and nursing assistants. In addition we are continually recruiting nurses based on demand.
